Estante Virtual redesign
Estante Virtual extended the reach of second-hand bookshops to readers anywhere in Brazil.
During my tenure, Estante had 3,5 million monthly visits, 2,400 registered shops, 4 million registered users and sold 10,000 books a day (1 book every 5 seconds).

THE PROJECT
This was a side-product I developed while I worked at Estante Virtual in 2016.
The goal was to release a small feature that would help with the logistics of a secret santa while encouraging users to buy books at Estante for their friends.
MY ROLE
In a team of 2, I was the Senior Product Designer working alongside my Product Manager.
We held interviews with all managers and I did benchmark research to find out what our national and international competitors were doing and we both picked what would work best for our goals, based on the interviews.
